THE OPPORTUNITY

Abacus Staffing is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our team in West Jefferson, OH. This role involves operating Reach truck forklifts and other equipment to efficiently move, load, and unload materials while maintaining a safe work environment. This is a Temp-to-Hire position!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, and cranes Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Use RF scanners for inventory tracking Conduct equipment inspections and follow OSHA standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Support team operations and assist with training new operators.

Requirements:

Reach truck experience (Crown preferred) Previous forklift or related experience Familiarity with RF scanners and material handling Ability to read and speak
