As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials within our facility. You'll work closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely supply of raw materials and finished goods. What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for Operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the plant Ensuring proper stacking and storage of materials to maximize space and reduce hazards Supporting production by delivering raw materials to various workstations Conducting routine safety checks on equipment and reporting any issues Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Ability to lift up to 55 pounds safely High school diploma or GED Basic understanding of warehouse or manufacturing operations Safety-conscious attitude and ability to work well within a team Previous forklift experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate Why Join Us in Wooster?
