Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Compare identifying information and counts, weights, or measure items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Affix shipping labels on packed cartons or stencil identifying shipping information on cartons. Assemble wooden or cardboard containers or select preassembled containers. Insert items into containers. Stamp, stencil, or glue identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers. Unload and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with Supervisor to rectify damages and shortages. Route items to departments. Operate forklift or electric pallet jack to load and unload trucks.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, speak, and write English or Spanish. Ability to perform basic arithmetic using various units of measurement. Ability to operate forklift and electric pallet jack. Responsabilidades:

Descargar y examinar los recibos, rechazar artículos dañados, anotar escasez de inventario y corresponder con el supervisor de envíos y recibos o el gerente para rectificar daños y escasez de productos. Enviar artículos a los departamentos correspondientes. Operar un montacargas o patín hidráulico para cargar y descargar camiones. Calificaciones mínimas: Diploma de preparatoria o GED o un año de experiencia/entrenamiento relacionado o una combinación de educación y experiencia.
