Warehouse/Forklift Driver Job Description Join our team to assist in the stockroom and warehouse by pulling orders, using scan guns, and handling materials. You'll perform inventory checks, operate forklifts, and occasionally interact with customers to help load their vehicles with ordered parts. Daily computer use for inventory tracking is part of the role, with training available if needed. Responsibilities Assist in the stockroom and warehouse by pulling orders. Use scan guns for inventory checks and order tracking. Handle materials and perform inventory checks. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Climb ladders and bend down to pick items. Interact with customers to pull their orders and load vehicles with parts ordered. Use computers daily for inventory tracking and management. Essential Skills Ability to lift 50lbs. 6+ months of warehouse experience. Basic computer literacy. Experience with RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided. Long-term commitment with willingness to drive for the company post-contract. Work Environment Work in a small facility with a team of 10 in the warehouse, distributing plumbing and piping supplies. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, occasionally requiring overtime during the summer. Be prepared to be exposed to natural elements when working in the yard and handling loading/unloading tasks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
