- Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled forklift operator who can also drive a box truck and pass a DOT physical. The ideal candidate will have intermediate computer skills, experience with RF scanning, and some experience in warehouse or production support. Problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
- Responsibilities
- + Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.

+ Willingness to learn and understand departmental goals.
+ Assist team members with fulfilling internal requests.
+ Ensure inventory is stored properly and safely, maintaining neatness and organization.
+ Stock warehouse areas using a First-In-First-Out system.
+ Locate inventory in appropriate storage locations, including cold chain and staging areas.
+ Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory movements.
+ Review replenishment reports to support put-away processes.
+ Replenish distribution protocols in forward pick zones and manage stagnant protocols.
+ Put away canceled distribution orders, including a cycle count for accuracy.
+ Identify discrepancies and assist with problem-solving to resolve them.
+ Assist with technician duties when needed.
- Essential Skills
- + Forklift operation, including stand-up forklifts and order pickers. + RF scanner and inventory control expertise. + Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Windows. + Order selecting, material handling, and cherry picker operation. + Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. + Basic math skills for counting purposes.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Willingness to train and qualify on stand-up forklifts and order pickers. + Ability to work independently or in a team environment. + Capable of passing all standards needed for TSA clearance. + Prior forklift experience is a plus. + Good communication skills. + Attention to detail for maintaining high accuracy. + Mastery of skills required to adhere to SOPs and policies in a GMP environment.

- Work Environment
- This position offers three shifts: 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM (Mon
- Fri), 2nd shift from 11 AM to 7 PM (Mon
- Fri), and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM (Sun
- Thurs). Work is conducted in a manufacturing environment with some clean rooms. The role involves exposure to different temperature extremes, ranging from
- 30°C to 25°C, for up to 30 minutes at a time, and may require the use of a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $18.50
- $21.
28/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
