We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as Forklift Operator/Material Handler. No experience, No problem, We will train you! Why work for Moran Logistics? Excellent benefits/ time off Grow with us - advancement opportunities are available What you'll do on a typical day: Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight via sit down forklift truck, reach truck, and other powered industrial material handling equipment Receive, distribute, and store products as directed in designated, secure locations that are managed via our online Warehouse Management System (WMS) Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments and become familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) in order to make inventory adjustments as needed Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in performing cycle counts as needed Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations set forth by OSHA Conduct routine safety inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and overall safety of Moran Logistics operations
Requirements:
To be at least 18 years of age Proficiency in basic math, arithmetic Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and with attention to detail
