Up to $19.25 per hour after probation and successful progression Schedule Monday through Friday 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Job Description We are hiring a Tire Order Selector / Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator for our warehouse operation in Breinigsville, PA. This is a combination forklift and physical warehouse position . Employees will operate a stand-up reach forklift to travel throughout the warehouse and locate orders, but the tires must be picked, handled, labeled, prepared, and loaded by hand . This is NOT a forklift-only position. Candidates must be comfortable performing frequent physical work and manually loading tires throughout the shift. Responsibilities Operate a stand-up reach forklift throughout the warehouse Travel to designated locations to select tires for customer orders Pick and handle tires manually Label tires with UPS shipping labels Tape and prepare tires for shipment Manually load completed tire orders onto trailers Verify orders for accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all warehouse and forklift safety procedures Work efficiently to complete the daily workload Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed Physical Requirements This position requires significant hands-on warehouse work.

Candidates must be able to:

Frequently lift, move, and handle tires by hand Load tires manually onto trailers Remain physically active throughout the shift Work both on and off the forklift throughout the workday Perform repetitive lifting and material-handling tasks Applicants looking for a forklift-only position should not apply. Forklift Experience & Certification Previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck is preferred but not required . Training will be provided; however, employees are required to successfully obtain their stand-up reach forklift certification within the training period provided. Candidates who are unable to obtain the required forklift certification after the training period will not be eligible to continue in the position.

Pay Progression Training rate:

$16.00 per hour Training typically lasts approximately two weeks or until required forklift certification is completed Pay gradually increases following training and certification Maximum rate: $19.25 per hour after the probationary period Employees must be available to remain at work until the daily workload is completed when necessary. Qualifications Previous stand-up reach forklift experience preferred Willingness and ability to complete forklift certification Comfortable performing manual tire handling and loading Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Dependable and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment
