Warehouse Forklift 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Butler, PA 16001 $16.15 - $18.70 an hour - Full-time Accelera 6 reviews $16.15 - $18.70 an hour - Full-time A thriving manufacturing facility in East Butler is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team on the second shift, running Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm. This is a temp-to-hire position within a stable and expanding organization. We are looking for dependable, industrious individuals who can successfully clear both a background check and a drug screening. Please note that steel-toed boots are a mandatory requirement for this role. Core Duties Handle the loading, packing, and unloading of items directly from the production line. Ensure products are off-loaded onto pallets while strictly adhering to defined packing guidelines. Utilize a forklift to help maintain a safe and organized storage and staging area for all goods. Support the integrity of our output by following the established quality plan for the production line. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the day to help the team achieve its daily production targets. Contribute to a tidy and hazard-free workspace by performing regular housekeeping tasks. Keep all assigned machinery clean and in good working order. Document daily metrics, including finished product totals, scrap counts, and quality check weights. Qualifications Capacity to lift up to 40lbs. Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift. Previous experience operating a forklift is considered an asset. Background in warehouse operations is beneficial, though not strictly necessary. Must be able to successfully complete a background check. Required Skills Prior work history in a warehouse setting. Hands-on experience with forklift operation.
