3rd Shift | 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM | Sunday - Thursday Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our logistics team in Chambersburg, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving inventory, filling customer orders, and organizing stock within our fulfillment facility. The ideal candidate must have proven experience operating both a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) for high-level vertical picking and an electric Walkie Rider (Electric Pallet Jack) for fast-paced ground-level staging and transporting.

Key Responsibilities Operate Equipment Safely:

Navigate warehouse aisles utilizing a Cherry Picker / Order Picker to retrieve inventory from high-bay racking systems.

Staging & Transport:

Efficiently operate an electric Walkie Rider to move pallets, transport goods to staging zones, and load/unload trailers.

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately select, scan, and pack customer orders using RF scanning technology or digital picking systems.

Inventory Control:

Conduct routine verification of product codes (SKUs) and quantities, flagging any inventory discrepancies or product damage.

Inbound/Outbound Logistics:

Assist with loading, unloading, receiving, put-away, and cycle counting as dictated by daily warehouse needs.

Safety & Maintenance:

Perform daily pre-shift inspections on all assigned equipment and maintain a clean, organized work zone adhering to OSHA and facility safety guidelines.
