AM Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer/Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team in Muncy, PA. This role is responsible for loading and unloading machines, transporting materials and products throughout the facility, inspecting products for quality, and supporting daily material handling operations. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials and finished products Load and unload production machines Transport raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Perform material handling and warehouse duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous forklift experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay of $18.00 per hour Full-time, stable employment Team-focused work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
