Join our team as a Forklift Operator where you'll help move materials safely while also ensuring products meet strict quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Forklift Operator Requirements:
This is what it takes to work for us. 2+ years of forklift experience (warehouse or manufacturing environment required). Perform inspections on incoming and outgoing products per quality procedures. Operate forklift equipment to move, stage, and transport materials safely. Identify and report non-conforming materials and support corrective actions. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Confirm products meet internal and customer quality requirements. General manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Communicate quality issues to production, engineering, and leadership teams. Basic computer skills, including Excel, data entry, and QMS systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High School Diploma or GED required. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
