We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are delivered to production lines, finished goods are moved to the warehouse, and shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently. Schedule 12-hour rotating schedule: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM 4 days on / 4 days off Training may be conducted on first shift for approximately two weeks Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs What You'll Do Safely operate a sit-down forklift, including double-fork equipment Transport raw materials from the warehouse to production areas Move finished products from production to warehouse staging locations Load, unload, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility Support shipping and receiving operations Use RF scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking Accurately record material movements and maintain inventory accuracy Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to meet operational goals Follow all company safety policies and quality standards Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment Experience operating a sit-down forklift required Experience operating double-fork forklifts is a plus Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners preferred Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience Manufacturing or industrial environments Shipping and receiving operations Inventory management Material staging and warehouse logistics RF scanner usage Quality-focused production environments Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment throughout the shift Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment Ability to safely work around moving equipment and forklift traffic Benefits Company-paid health insurance 401(k) with company match Hourly pension plan Paid time off and holidays Overtime opportunities Stable, long-term employment with a well-established company Why Apply? ✔ Excellent benefits package ✔ Consistent full-time schedule ✔ Strong safety-focused culture ✔ Long-term career stability ✔ Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Apply today if you have forklift experience and are looking for a rewarding opportunity with a company that invests in its employees and their future. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
