Production Department

• Main Office, Harrisburg, PA Shifts Monday-Friday First Shift:

  4:30am to approximately 2:30pm or completion Job Summary Consistent Schedule
• Average a 50 hour workweek each week, Monday through Friday Shift Options
• First Shift-Only Consistent Overtime Pay
• $1.5x overtime after 40 hours each week Starting wage of $22.64 / hour ; increased to $23.24 after 60 days of positive performance
• $34.85/hour per OT Hour Full Uniform Program
• 100% Company Paid 100% Company-Paid healthcare and life insurance for employee 401K with company match Job Responsibilities Work as part of ice cream production crew palletizing and preparing finished products for shipping Train in multiple stations of quality control, robotic palletizing, manual palletizing, and forklift operation Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.

Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Other responsibilities as they are assigned. High School Diploma or GED preferred Food manufacturing environment experience preferred Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift Must be able to complete twisting and reaching motions while seated Ability to lift 25-50 pounds Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks
