Job Description

Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing hardworking, friendly, positive people to join our team in Indiana, PA As a Forklift/Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of forklifts and other heavy equipment in a warehouse setting. Your primary duty will be to transport materials within the facility while adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

DUTIES INCLUDE
Operate forklifts including Clamp trucks, Cherry pickers, Hi-Los, and other equipment proficiently. Perform moderate - heavy lifting and other physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and building pallets Utilize order picking systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments Ensure order fulfillment accuracy by double-checking orders before shipment Utilize AS400 system for inventory management and order processing Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track inventory and movement of goods. Perform equipment repairs and maintenance as needed. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. Safely load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Assist in other warehouse tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center Experience with operating stand-up forklift, cherry picker, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment required Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues Ability to work Sun - Wed OR Wed - Sat , plus overtime when required.
