Job Description

Hiring High-Reach Forklift Operators in Middletown, PA! Job Description This role involves working in a warehouse environment performing core material-handling and inventory tasks while safely operating forklifts and reach trucks. You will support daily warehouse operations by picking and packing orders, completing cycle counts, monitoring inventory, and using basic computer and RF scanning systems. You will receive cross-training across multiple departments to ensure flexibility and broad operational knowledge. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, including reach trucks and stand-up equipment, to move, stack, and organize materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse. Perform picking and packing tasks to accurately fulfill orders according to established procedures and quality standards. Use RF scan guns to locate, scan, and track inventory and orders throughout the warehouse. Conduct regular cycle counting and assist with inventory monitoring to maintain accurate stock levels. Support general warehouse functions such as loading, unloading, staging, and replenishing products as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures, including safe operation of material-handling equipment. Use basic computer functions to enter, update, and review inventory and order information. Participate in cross-training across all departments and perform a variety of tasks as business needs require. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in accordance with warehouse standards.   • 12pm) : $20/hr. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
