Weekly Pay About the Position We are looking for a motivated Yard Loader / Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for moving materials safely throughout the yard, loading outbound shipments, unloading incoming products, and supporting overall plant operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in operating equipment safely, and works well with others. Responsibilities Operate industrial forklifts to transport products and materials throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled properly. Organize inventory in designated storage and staging areas. Verify product counts and inspect materials for damage or defects. Support shipping, receiving, and production departments as needed. Complete required paperwork and inventory records accurately. Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures. Assist with additional warehouse and yard duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous forklift experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
