Job Description

Partners Personnel is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious WKN Am Shift Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for operating reach trucks forklifts to safely move, stack, and retrieve materials. In addition to operating machinery, you will act as an Order Processor, accurately picking, scanning, and preparing customer orders for shipment.

WKN Saturday, Sunday and Monday 4am to 430pm: subject to overtime as needed)

Reports To:
Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Manager Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation Operate stand-up reach trucks to retrieve and store pallets in high-bay racking systems. Perform daily pre-operation equipment safety checks and report any mechanical issues. Order Processing & Fulfillment Read and interpret pick sheets, shipping orders, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) instructions. Utilize RF handheld scanners to track inventory movements and confirm accurate picking. Pick, sort, and consolidate products from various warehouse locations to build complete orders. Warehouse Logistics & Maintenance Wrap, palletize, label, and secure loads to ensure safe transit. Replenish picking bins and stage materials for upcoming shifts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by clearing debris and empty pallets.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience operating Reach Trucks.
Certification:
Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to pass an in-house recertification test).
Tech Literacy:
Experience using RF scanners and basic knowledge of warehouse inventory software.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Availability:
Must be able to work 2nd shift hours consistently and accept occasional weekend overtime.
Pay:
$21.50 per hour
