$18/hr (1st shift) + $1/hr shift differential (2nd shift) Guaranteed raises at 3, 6, and 12 months Union position (Laborers' Local 57) with annual increases & job security

Role:

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Production Forklift Operator in our coil room. This role combines forklift operation with hands-on material handling of heavy steel coils that support our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down forklift to move and stage steel coils Unload trucks and prepare materials for production Supply materials to production teams Perform daily equipment inspections Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications:

Forklift experience in manufacturing/production (required) Ability to handle heavy materials safely Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork Safety-focused with good communication skills Why Join Us?
