Job Summary:

Join our team at Desuta Concrete Forms! We specialize in the rental of various concrete forming systems. We are looking for hard working individuals to help us fulfill customer orders and load trucks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
• Accurately prepare and load orders of concrete forms and accessories onto trucks.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, adapting to temperature changes and environmental factors.
• Safely operate a forklift to stack and lift forms in various outdoor weather conditions, maintaining high productivity.
• Perform manual labor, including lifting and moving concrete forms by hand up to 100#, using forklifts for heavier forms, able to sort and count hardware pieces, etc.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of orders
• Communicate with office and yard team to ensure order requirements are met and are according to schedule

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse or yard operations preferred, but not required
• No previous experience necessary
• we provide on-the-job training!
• Proficient in basic math skills for inventory/order fulfillment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50-100 pounds daily (and team lifts)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and work well with a team
• Monday through Friday work schedule
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
