Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Mandatory overtime as needed Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Scranton, PA. The ideal candidate will safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and organize materials within our distribution facility. This role supports accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers Move products to designated warehouse storage areas Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Qualifications 2+ years verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required Valid forklift certification required High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Must pass a background check and drug screening Work Environment Distribution warehouse setting Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility conditions The use of safety equipment such as steel-toe boots, gloves, and high-visibility vests is required Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan options
