Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packer & Stacker to join our production team. This position is responsible for the final step in our manufacturing process —carefully packing finished products into boxes and stacking them on pallets for shipment to our customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, works efficiently, and understands the importance of ensuring every order leaves our facility accurately and safely. Responsibilities Pack finished products into shipping boxes according to company standards. Verify products are packaged correctly and free of defects before shipment. Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipping. Stack boxes neatly and securely on pallets. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Report damaged products, packaging issues, or equipment concerns to the supervisor. Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, packing, or shipping experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. STACKER - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Pay:

$14.50 - $15.00 per hour
