  • Safely operate forklifts to unload, load, move, and stack commercial mowers, tractors, power equipment, and bulk freight shipment crates.
  • Load and unload flatbed delivery trucks and enclosed trailers safely.
  • Stage machinery and crates in the yard, showroom, or shop staging areas as requested by sales and service technicians.### Receiving & Inventory Control
  • Inspect incoming equipment, crates, and parts shipments for damage, verifying quantities against bills of lading (BOL) and packing slips.
  • Assist with organized inventory placement and accurate stock tracking in the yard and warehouse.
  • Report damaged inventory or missing items immediately to management.### Shop & Yard Support
  • Assist sales, parts, and service teams with moving heavy equipment and machinery around the facility.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse layout and outdoor equipment lot.
  • Perform pre-shift safety inspections on the forklift and report any maintenance needs..
  • Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and spend extended time sitting, standing, or bending.
  • Skills:
  • Strong spatial awareness, safety-first mindset, basic computer literacy for inventory check-ins, and a team-player attitude.
  • License:
  • Valid driver's license required.## Key Attributes for Success
