Forklift or powered industrial truck certification is a plus. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately complete warehouse documentation. Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred. At least 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck, Forklift, or other powered industrial equipment required. Experience with material handling, palletizing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and warehouse safety procedures. Ability to accurately label materials, perform quality inspections, and maintain organized inventory. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Frequently lift, move, and stack materials while operating manual and powered warehouse equipment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity and safety standards. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts as needed. Job Duties Load, unload, move, and transport materials throughout the warehouse using reach trucks, forklifts, and other powered industrial equipment. Stack products on pallets, label materials accurately, and prepare shipments using shrink wrap or strapping to prevent damage during transport. Perform quality inspections, complete required documentation, and report inventory or product discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by performing routine housekeeping and following all safety procedures. Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse operations as assigned by supervisors. What You Will Do As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
