As a Forklift Operator , you will operate a stand-up forklift to receive products from the carrier and distribute and issue products throughout warehouse areas. What We Offer Pay of $18 per hour First Shift & Second Shift Overtime as required Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Reward program Referral program What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred At least 1 year of forklift experience Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, rotating, and swing shifts Familiarity with RFT scanners Basic mechanical, electrical, and technical skills for equipment operation Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 35+ pounds as needed What You'll Do as a Stand-Up Forklift Operator Conduct pre- and post-operational equipment inspections Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflow Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to all safety and company policies Monitor inventory levels, track parts and materials, and restock bins as needed Perform additional duties as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
