1st and 2nd Shift Assembler / Lumber Stacker

Job description: Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assemblers / Lumber Stackers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment in Johnsonville, SC. This position involves working with wood products, assembling materials, stacking lumber, and supporting daily production operations.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable performing physical labor in an active industrial setting. Essential Job Duties Assemble wood components and materials according to production specifications Stack, organize, and move lumber throughout the facility Use hand tools, including hammers, safely and efficiently Inspect materials for quality and report defects or concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist team members and supervisors with additional production tasks as needed Meet daily production and attendance expectations Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or lumber experience preferred Experience working with hand tools is a plus Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong reliability and attendance required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must have reliable transportation to and from work Steel toe boots required Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move lumber and materials throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise
