Monday - Friday 07:00am - 04:30pm Job description: We are hiring a Yard Forklift Operator for a busy building materials yard in Pawleys Island, SC. This position is responsible for safely operating a forklift, loading and unloading materials, organizing product in the yard, and helping keep the work area clean and efficient.

Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift safely in an outdoor yard environment Load and unload building materials from trucks and customer vehicles Move, stack, and organize lumber and other materials Assist with pulling lumber orders and preparing materials for delivery or pickup Inspect materials for damage and report issues when needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist team members with general yard duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous forklift experience required Experience in lumber, construction materials, warehouse, or yard work preferred Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable transportation and good attendance Ability to work well with a team
