Job Description

MyWorkChoice is hiring a 2nd Shift Forklift Driver to support light industrial and warehouse operations for our client partners. In this role, you will safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, stage products, and support production lines. You'll perform equipment inspections, follow safety and quality guidelines, use basic inventory systems, and keep work areas clean and organized. Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts on 2nd shift Load, unload, and move pallets and materials throughout the facility Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report issues Stage, wrap, and organize product to support production and shipping Follow OSHA, site-specific, and My Work Choice safety guidelines Use basic inventory tools, labels, and/or RF scanners to track product Read work orders and follow instructions for material placement Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Adhere to attendance, productivity, and quality standards Required Skills Forklift operation Pallet staging and wrapping Warehouse safety procedures Material handling Loading and unloading trailers Basic inventory control Use of RF scanners Equipment inspection and documentation Reading work orders and labels Basic computer or handheld device use
