Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking Forklift Operators to join their team. As a forklift operator, you will be part of the distribution operations supporting warehouse and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$18.40-$18.80/hour depending on shift
Shift:
7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., 3-2-2-3 schedule, Rotating schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off) What's the Job? Transport palletized products within the distribution center, including unloading, put-away, bulk handling, and pallet picking. Operate various material handling equipment such as high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker. Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy and track products efficiently. Maintain product integrity and follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE like safety vests and shoes. Assist in cross-training in other areas of the warehouse to provide backup support when needed. What's Needed? Minimum of 6 months experience driving a forklift required Must have experience with high reach or counterbalance forklifts. Ability to obtain forklift certification within 2 days of employment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents in English and operate MHE with RF scanners. Job requires a pre-employment drug and background screening What's in it for me?
