Direct Hire:

Forklift Operator 2nd shift

Hours are: 2:45 pm

  • 11:15 pm $16.

00 / hour + shift differential Benefits starting day one!

Responsibilities:

Is responsible for the movement of materials within the manufacturing warehouse and shipping areas.

Ensuring inventory accuracy through scanning all products into the warehouse

Uses material handling equipment such as wagons, hand trucks or where necessary fork-lift trucks.

Ensures that material is stored in a safe and neat manner.

Assists in loading and unloading trucks when required, including the unloading of bead.

Demonstrates a good attitude and a willingness to help when dealing with customers.

Reports any defects in material when handling

Ensures that good housekeeping is maintained in the warehouse.

Provides supplies required on the production floor.

Completes paperwork in a complete and timely manner.

Performs inventory counts as required.

Participation in the 5S program

All other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

HS diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work in an organized manner to maintain a steady flow of products from the production floor to the warehouse

Familiar with product codes and storage of material in the proper location

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Able to safely operate a forklift

Able to accurately complete paperwork and good math skills to accurately record counts

Physically capable of heavy lifting when required Shift Hours are 2:45pm

  • 11:15pm, Monday
  • Friday.
