Job Duties Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or other powered industrial trucks, as required. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory. Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues. Maintain accurate inventory by scanning products and completing required documentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Education Requirements Valid forklift certification or the ability to become certified. Experience Requirements 2 years of previous forklift operating experience. Basic computer and scanner/RF gun experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility. The Forklift Operator supports warehouse operations by safely transporting inventory using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. This role requires equipment proficiency, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
