Duties Safely operate forklift trucks, reach trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload goods. Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and order picking with attention to safety standards in production. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and proper documentation of shipments. Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper stacking and storage on pallets or racks according to safety guidelines. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining accurate records. Perform routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs to ensure optimal operation of all heavy equipment. Follow OSHA and warehouse safety standards diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts (Lift truck), pallet jacks, and manual handling tools. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology for logistics tracking. Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including order picking, load & unload procedures, shipping & receiving protocols. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for inventory management and order accuracy. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards in production environments and adherence to forklift safety protocols. Experience with materials handling equipment operation such as heavy lifting tools and manual handling techniques.
