Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Experience Requirements Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, clamp truck, or similar equipment is a plus Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics environments preferred Basic RF scanner, inventory management, or warehouse system experience preferred Current forklift certification preferred; company certification opportunities may be available Preferred Qualifications Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Experience meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, and work around warehouse equipment Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature changes, dust, and noise Ability to maintain awareness of pedestrians, equipment, and surrounding warehouse activities Job Duties Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, clamp truck, and other powered industrial equipment Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers efficiently and accurately Move, stage, stack, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas Verify product quantities, labels, and storage locations before material movement Support receiving, shipping, replenishment, put-away, and order fulfillment activities Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Use RF scanners, tablets, and warehouse management systems to track inventory Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and warehouse team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity and quality goals Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
