Job Description FITS America Corp. is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support manufacturing operations at a major manufacturing facility in Clarksville, TN. Pay & Compensation Day Shift Starting Pay:

$19.00/hour After successful completion of the 30-day probationary period: $20.00/hour After approximately 6 months, based on successful performance and attendance: $21.00/hour

Night Shift Starting Pay:

$20.00/hour After successful completion of the 30-day probationary period: $21.00/hour After approximately 6 months, based on successful performance and attendance: $22.00/hour Additional compensation and benefits include: Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours in a workweek Annual pay increase program $230 HRA contribution every 4 weeks Year-end bonus program Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement within FITS America Corp. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts in an active manufacturing environment. Move, stage, load, unload, and transport materials based on production requirements. Deliver materials to designated production and storage areas accurately and on time. Follow established traffic routes, production procedures, and plant safety requirements. Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections. Immediately report equipment issues, damage, or unsafe conditions. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow all PPE, safety, quality, and plant operating procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors, production personnel, and team members. Support additional material-handling activities as required. Maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time for all scheduled shifts. Requirements Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment. Recent industrial forklift experience strongly preferred. Manufacturing or production facility experience preferred. Must be able to safely operate a forklift around production equipment, pedestrians, and other material-handling vehicles. Must successfully complete required forklift evaluation and site-specific training before operating equipment independently. Strong safety awareness and attention to detail. Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned rotating schedule. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Reliable transportation to Clarksville, TN 37040. Work Schedule This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Day Shift 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM Night Shift 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM How the 2-2-3 Rotation Works The schedule follows a repeating two-week rotation: Work 2 days Off 2 days Work 3 days Off 2 days Work 2 days Off 3 days Rotation repeats This schedule provides every other weekend off while supporting continuous manufacturing operations. Employees must be available to work the weekends that fall within their assigned rotation.
