9:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
Pay:
$20.70/hour We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Floater / Rack Picker to support multiple areas within our warehouse operations. This position requires flexibility, strong warehouse knowledge, and the ability to assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and cherry pickers/order pickers .
Job Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently Operate cherry picker/order picker equipment to pick and move inventory Float between warehouse departments and assist with daily operational needs Pick, stage, and prepare products for shipment Load and unload trailers using proper material handling procedures Move materials and inventory throughout the warehouse Perform order picking, replenishment, and inventory movements Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience required Forklift certification or prior forklift experience required Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts required Cherry picker/order picker experience required Ability to safely operate equipment at various heights Experience using RF scanners preferred Ability to work in multiple warehouse areas and adapt to changing priorities Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed
