Candidates should have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to attendance, safety, quality, and productivity. This position may include production, machine operation, material handling, and forklift responsibilities based on experience and operational needs. Responsibilities Operate basic manufacturing machinery, equipment, and tools. Set up and operate machines according to specifications. Monitor equipment during production and report malfunctions or quality concerns. Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare finished products for shipment. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials as assigned. Complete basic equipment inspections and routine checks. Assist with inventory and material movement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures. Maintain reliable and consistent attendance . Requirements Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience required. Previous production or machine operating experience. Forklift experience preferred. Ability to safely operate machinery and basic tools. Strong attention to quality and safety. Dependable transportation and reliable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Candidates must be able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift and frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
