We are seeking experienced and dependable Forklift Operators to join our team. The Forklift Operator will safely operate powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a good safety record, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is based on a Forklift Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Job Duties Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.

Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately.

Move, stage, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse.

Verify product quantities, labels, and locations.

Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory.

Perform quality checks and report damaged or incorrect materials.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Complete daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.

Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.

Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.

Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to safely operate equipment in a warehouse environment.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic computer and/or RF scanner experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.

Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.

Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.

Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.

Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
