Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately. Move, stage, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse. Verify product quantities, labels, and locations. Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory. Perform quality checks and report damaged or incorrect materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Complete daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation. Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer and/or RF scanner experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
