Day in the Life It's the start of your shift in Collierville, TN. You run a quick pre-operation inspection on your forklift, join a brief team huddle to align on safety and goals, then get to work. You move pallets with precision, stage outbound orders, unload incoming trailers, and lend a hand with inventory cycle counts. Before clocking out, you tidy your area and complete a final equipment check—because safety and efficiency matter here. What You'll Do Operate forklifts safely to move, stack, and position product throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trailers and containers with accuracy and care. Complete and document routine forklift inspections; report maintenance needs promptly. Maintain a clean, organized work area to support a safe environment. Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily throughput and quality targets. Follow all equipment and facility safety protocols. Support inventory control, including cycle counts and stock organization. What You Bring Valid forklift operator certification (required). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment (preferred, not required). Keen attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
