We're excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Gallatin Distribution Center, and we're looking for motivated individuals to help us build something great from the ground up. We currently have an immediate opening for a Forklift and Building Materials Operator — a hands-on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and making a real impact every day. Consistent Schedule Work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm — enjoy your evenings and weekends, with occasional Saturdays based on business needs. Comprehensive Benefits Package We've got you and your family covered: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life & Accidental Death Coverage Retirement Plans with Employer Contributions Paid Vacation & Parental Leave Disability Benefits Employee Assistance Program Growth & Recognition Competitive pay and site performance bonus plan Career development and advancement opportunities A culture that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement What You'll Do Operate propane/gas forklifts to move building materials safely and efficiently Load and unload trailers and rail cars Perform manual labor (55-65% of your day) in an outdoor environment Accurately count, record, and document shipping/receiving activities Develop in depth knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations Uphold safety standards and speak up when something doesn't look right Use basic math skills and computer systems to support daily operations Qualifications What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn . Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move up to 100lbs Forklift Operator experience Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions five days a week and occasional Saturdays Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset Commitment to wearing required safety gear and following safety protocols
