Asbestos Abatement Project Estimator National Insurance Repair Network is seeking an experienced Asbestos Abatement Project Estimator to join our dynamic, high-growth team. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in insurance claims and asbestos abatement , with the ability to produce and audit accurate estimates in a fast-paced environment.

Strong candidates should possess:

Proven experience estimating Asbestos Abatement projects Exceptional knowledge of property insurance claims Experience producing and auditing estimates Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software Working knowledge of property damage claims and restoration Familiarity with property damage repair programs and/or insurance claims adjusting Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Certifications Asbestos and Lead certifications are required. IICRC certifications are highly preferred and considered a plus. Work Environment This position is based in an excellent, comfortable office environment and is designed to provide a strong work-life balance. No weekends, after-hours work, or outside travel are required.
