Job Brief The Cell & Dock material handler is responsible for dock and cell operations as well as managing the employees within the cell. Efficiency and cleanliness are at the discretion of this position. Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Ensure all inbound shipments are received in systems properly Ship and close all outbound orders in systems properly Create orders as needed for customers Dock Ensure all trailers that hit the dock are turned around in timely fashion Coordinate with other FL operators to ensure this is done in timely manner. Ensure that all product is cleared from the dock by the EOD every day. Ensure all dock doors have yellow chains and dock locks are utilized Ensure all forklifts are full entering and leaving the dock Cleanliness (how we look is how we operate) Always empty area of trash Ensure safety on the dock is always first thought. (Forklifts honk at all turns) Cleanliness is maintained at all points in the day. All other skills will be tested when attempting to get your license Requirements Time management skills Improves efficiency of the sort Improves cleanliness of the Plant Good communication skills Improves cleanliness of the Plant Team player We operate many lifts for a variety of customers, the only way to service all customers in a time sensitive manner is to help other operators when needed and they will in turn help you when needed. •Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen•
