Job Description

Amazon is hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to keep our high-volume fulfillment operations running smoothly. In this on-site role, you'll operate powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move, load, and store inventory safely and efficiently. You'll use RF scanners and warehouse systems to pick, stage, and track products while meeting strict productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. In Amazon's fast-moving, customer-obsessed culture, you'll take ownership of your area, support continuous improvement, and grow your skills in a high-performance logistics environment. Responsibilities Operate powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload inventory Follow strict safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track, pick, and stage products Organize, stack, and secure pallets to maintain efficient, safe storage Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members and leaders to resolve issues and improve flow Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with safety standards Required Skills Forklift operation Pallet jack operation Warehouse safety procedures Inventory scanning (RF scanners) Basic computer skills Load securing and stacking Equipment inspection and maintenance checks Reading work orders and pick lists Time management Basic math for counts and weights
