Our client is growing like crazy, and we are hiring new folks for our team! We're currently seeking a Warehouse / Forklift Operator for a facility in Portland, TN. This is a hands-on, active role covering warehouse operations, inventory receiving, and general facilities upkeep. Ideal candidates are dependable, versatile, and comfortable taking on a variety of tasks to keep the facility running smoothly day to day.

Shift Schedule:

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30

PM Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklift and material handling equipment throughout the shift. Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items in appropriate locations. Break down spools of wire and prepare materials as needed. Move furniture and equipment in and out of the building as directed. Maintain cleanliness of the facility including restrooms, common areas, and the parking lot. Transport trash and recycling to their respective areas. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous forklift operation experience required. Ability to perform a variety of tasks including physical labor, cleaning, and material handling. RF Scanner experience is required. Ability to lift and move heavy materials — weight requirements TBD, confirm before posting. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must pass background check and drug test. Must be at least 18 years old.
