Job description:

Position Summary:

The Material Handler is responsible for inspecting bottles for quality, placing them into boxes, and stacking finished products on pallets for shipment or storage. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Visually inspect glass bottles for defects, contamination, or damage. Place approved bottles into boxes according to product specifications. Seal and label boxes as required. Stack filled boxes neatly and safely onto pallets. Wrap pallets with shrink wrap for transport or storage. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Communicate with team members and supervisors about quality issues or equipment concerns.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to stand, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs). Attention to detail and strong work ethic. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
