Experience Requirements Previous forklift, material handler, or warehouse experience preferred. Experience loading and unloading trucks, staging materials, and moving inventory in a warehouse environment. Forklift certification preferred; employer-provided training may be available. Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory tracking, and material handling equipment. Ability to follow directions and meet productivity goals. Physical Capabilities Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Willingness to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions. Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots when applicable. Job Duties Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to support daily warehouse operations. Load, unload, transport, and store products and materials in designated warehouse locations. Pick, stage, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy. Verify quantities, inspect products for damage, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Perform daily equipment inspections, report maintenance concerns, maintain a clean work area, and follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
