• Inergroup is hiring immediately for 1st Shift Forklift Operator jobs in Lancaster, TX. As a Counterbalance Forklift Operator, you will hand pick orders, operate a forklift to transport products within a warehouse environment, and complete other general labor activities. Weekly pay starting at $16.81
• $17.81/hr and great benefits available!

• Skills and Qualifications:

• + At least 2 years experience operating: Counterbalance Forklift + Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.

+ Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse. + Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance. + Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

• Primary Responsibilities:

• + Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner + Move product to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas + Pick orders for shipment and assemble merchandise to be shipped + Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight + Wrapping pallets, packing loading and shipment confirmation of customer orders + Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner + Inspect products for defects, damages.

+ Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items.
