$18•19/hour (Depending on Experience)

Avanti Windows & Doors is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support our distribution and installation operations. In this hands-on role, you will prepare and load materials for installation crews, maintain inventory accuracy, operate warehouse equipment, and ensure products are delivered safely and on time. 8024 Exchange Dr. Suite 400 Austin, TX 78754 What You'll Do Pull and prepare materials based on daily schedules and order manifests Read and verify order paperwork to ensure accurate loads Scan products to maintain inventory accuracy Load trucks and trailers safely and securely Complete shipping and loading documentation Conduct vehicle, trailer, and forklift inspections Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety guidelines and PPE requirements Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations Assist with overtime and occasional weekend work as needed What We're Looking For Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided Why Join Avanti?
