Integrity Trade Services is partnered with a local furniture manufacturer to hire a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to support our school furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials, components, and finished products using a forklift and other material-handling equipment.

Operator Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to transport materials, parts, and finished products safely throughout the plant. Supply production lines with necessary materials and move completed goods to designated areas. Assist with staging materials for production and organizing items in storage or assembly zones. Conduct routine forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Support inventory control efforts by accurately recording and locating materials. Keep aisles, loading areas, and storage zones clean and hazard-free. Communicate effectively with production, assembly, and warehouse teams to coordinate material flow.

Shift:

 5:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday - Hours will vary (Some Saturdays will be required depending on workload and department)

Minimum Requirements:

Previous forklift experience a must (In a manufacturing environment preferred) Understanding of warehouse layout and production processes. Ability to read and follow production schedules or work orders. Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Lift up to but not limited to 50 pounds and moving, pushing, pulling heavy material on a regular basis. Must be able to pass screenings

Work Environment:

Indoor manufacturing facility. Exposure to warehouse noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Requires frequent movement, lifting, and operating machinery.
