Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and production equipment within our facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility. Load and unload products from trucks and containers efficiently and safely. Assist in production, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory levels. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Collaborate with team members to build pallets and prepare orders for shipment. Qualifications Proven experience in production operations, particularly in forklift operation. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A valid forklift operator certification is preferred but not mandatory; must have at least 2 years of experience operating a forklift Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
