Additionally, the tortillas must be properly covered with plastic to maintain freshness and quality. Quality control is a significant aspect of this role. The employee is responsible for conducting visual inspections to meet quality specifications, checking for issues such as toast spots, burnt areas, folded tortillas, or raw products. If the tortillas do not meet the quality specifications, the employee must stop the process to address the issue. Accurate record-keeping is also required, including maintaining proper inventory of tortillas on inventory sheets and documenting any loss of productivity on downtime sheets. The position may involve the use of various tools and equipment, including air hoses, screwdrivers, ear plugs, and pressure sprayers, to facilitate the stacking and handling of tortillas. Overall, this position requires a proactive approach to ensure that all duties are performed efficiently and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation procedures. Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of the job
